ESSENTIAL CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Tin Roof Food Grade Clear Mineral Oil prevents water absorption to protect your wooden cutting board and preserve it for years to come.
HAND WASH WITH WARM, SOAPY WATER, AND LET AIR DRY.
DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER OR SOAK IN WATER.
STORE IN A DRY AREA. AWAY FROM EXTREME TEMPERATURES.
SANITIZE BY WASHING BOARD WITH A CLOTH OR SPONGE SOAKED IN WHITE DISTILLED VINEGAR. LEAVE FOR 10 MINUTES. RINSE WITH WARM WATER AND AIR DRY.
PERIODICALLY RUB WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF "TIN ROOF FOOD GRADE MINERAL OIL," TO KEEP WOOD FROM DRYING OUT.
WHEN CLEANING YOUR BOARD DO NOT:
USE A STEEL BRUSH OR STEEL WOOL AS THE USE OF THESE ITEMS CAN SCRATCH THE SURFACE OF YOUR BOARD CREATING CRACKS FOR UNWANTED GERMS TO HIDE.
PUT YOUR BOARD IN THE DISHWASHER, AS THIS CAN WARP AND SPLINTER THE WOOD.
SUBMERGE YOUR BOARD IN WATER, AS THE WOOD CAN ABSORB WATER AND WARP.
USE BLEACH TO CLEAN YOUR BOARD, AS THIS CAN STAIN AND DRY OUT THE WOOD.
LAY YOUR BOARD FLAT TO DRY ON ONE SIDE, AS THIS CAN CAUSE THE WOOD TO WARP.

FOOD GRADE MINERAL OIL
Use a soft cloth or paper towel to gently rub mineral oil into your clean wooden Tin Roof Cutting Board. Allow the oil to soak into the board for 5 — 10 minutes. Remove all surface oil with a clean dry cloth.
REGULAR OILING IS RECOMMENDED EVERY 3 TO 4 WEEKS.
